Meet Kylee Gray
Kylee founded KGG (formerly KGG Service) back in 2012, having walked away from a 17 year career in the financial sector, specialising in Fire & General insurance. Kylee found it difficult to find employment outside of the industry, in which she had gained so many years of experience and knowledge.
Kylee has always been the “go-to” in business, with a natural curiosity and can-do approach to most challenges, so when she decided to work from home, she was able to secure work for an international company as a Resume Writer, under the direction and training of some of the best writers in the world. Kylee was quickly writing C++ Resumes and Cover Letters for professionals spanning world from Australia to China.
In 2013, Kylee was given the approval by the Ministry of Social Development to offer CV Writing services at the local Work and Income NZ sites. This relationship has continued to grow and KGG work closely with Work and Income NZ to deliver ready for work programmes. Kylee has continued to grow KGG, extending services to be able to help those that are struggling in today’s job market, whether in be writing their CV, filing a job application online or providing one-on-one or group coaching to motivate and encourage personal development.
As KGG grows, Kylee has imparted her knowledge and developed her staff to become well-equipped and knowledgeable within their field of expertise.
Meet Melt Strydom
Melt is a former Employment Lawyer and Full-Time Writer, twice nominated for New Zealand’s Sir Julius Vogel Award. Melt emigrated from Cape Town, South Africa where he practised employment law as a Barrister for many years, before moving his family to New Zealand and settling in beautiful Hawke’s Bay, where he continued his interest in employment advocacy for almost two years —now with a distinctly Kiwi flavour—before turning his attention to writing.
At KGG Melt combines his skills and experience as a Writer and employment advocate by offering the best of both worlds: Meticulously crafted resumes and pragmatic advice on employment issues.
Melt’s bespoke resumes are well-written and thoroughly researched and aimed at accurately capturing a candidate’s potential and communicating that potential in a way that not only appeals to a prospective employer but also passes the applicant tracking systems used by most larger companies.
Apart from resume writing and copywriting, Melt also provides employment advice and assistance with reviewing individual employment agreements, wrongful termination, disciplinary meetings, and disciplinary sanctions in general, as well as constructive dismissals, and personal grievances and redundancy issues.
Melt’s aim is to provide a high standard of service excellence through professionalism and integrity and by staying up to date with the ever-evolving technical aspects of both disciplines.
